Guidance, instruction, and suggestions are provided based on experience and best practices, but final decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the client. Client Responsibility You understand that any changes made during or after the session—including but not limited to website edits, content changes, platform settings, or social media actions—are made at your direction and discretion. You are responsible for approving, maintaining, and backing up your own content, data, and accounts. No Guarantee of Outcomes Results may vary. Jenni Joy Co. makes no guarantees regarding business growth, performance, revenue, engagement, or technical outcomes resulting from this session. Release of Liability By booking this session, you agree to release and hold harmless Jenni Joy Co. from any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from: Changes you later decide you do not want Misuse or misunderstanding of instruction Platform updates, outages, or third-party tools Business, financial, or reputational outcomes No Refunds Due to the time-based and customized nature of these sessions, all bookings are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
