I left the corporate 9-5 to find flexibility for my family, and let's be honest, I have a hard time answering to corporate rules. I've been virtual since before virtual was popular, running my own VA business, and helping clients from the comfort of my home since 2013.
I live in Southern Manitoba with my fam jam. You'll find us at hanging out with the goats, chickens dogs and cats, and in the summer, heading off to the lakes of MB to explore. We love spending time with our family and friends.
I've been a volunteer Mama since my kids were born, coaching the kiddos baseball, joining different boards, including being the Chair of our school's Parent council, and helping my community as much as I can! I'm a cheer and dance mom, and the one cheering loud in the audience for my kiddos! Personally, I love to play baseball, go to barre class, and am even on a for-fun adult cheer team. When I'm not running around with the kiddos or for my activities, you'll find me watercolor painting, making creations on my cricut, or learning more ways to serve others in my work.
I am fueled by vegan comfort food, furry creatures, astrology, and bedtime meditations, and am inspired by dance parties, extroverted friends, and big ideas.

I was a Disney Princess Actress for the Royal Princess Ball Charity
Do you speak any other languages?
From K-12 I learned everything in French - I've lost a lot of the language but can get by!
Favourite Season?
I'd like to pack my family and friends up and move somewhere warmer to avoid winter.
What are you most passionate about?
Helping people. Ethical treatment of animals. Equality for women and all they do. Getting our hands in the soil and our feet on the ground in nature. Empowering people to follow their dreams and work for themselves (or for a like-minded community)!
