This is a paid, one-on-one co-working session where we work side by side on your business. Instead of handing things off, I’ll guide you as we make updates, troubleshoot issues, and build confidence around your website, systems, or social media. You’ll leave knowing what we did, why we did it, and how to do it yourself next time. What We Can Work On -Website updates (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify) - Learning how to manage your own site - Social media setup, posting, or strategy - Canva design help - Tech + backend questions - Marketing clarity & workflows (If you’re unsure whether your task fits, reach out first — I’m happy to confirm.) *This excludes brand identity creation and design What to Expect - 60 minutes of focused, collaborative support - Screen sharing + live guidance - A safe space to ask “silly” questions (there are none) - Practical learning you can reuse again and again You can choose one session, one 2 hour session, or a package of 3 sessions.

Work With Me Session – Terms & Liability Release By booking a Work With Me session with Jenni Joy Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following: Educational & Collaborative Nature These sessions are collaborative and educational in nature. Guidance, instruction, and suggestions are provided based on experience and best practices, but final decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the client. Client Responsibility You understand that any changes made during or after the session—including but not limited to website edits, content changes, platform settings, or social media actions—are made at your direction and discretion. You are responsible for approving, maintaining, and backing up your own content, data, and accounts. No Guarantee of Outcomes Results may vary. Jenni Joy Co. makes no guarantees regarding business growth, performance, revenue, engagement, or technical outcomes resulting from this session. Release of Liability By booking this session, you agree to release and hold harmless Jenni Joy Co. from any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from: Changes you later decide you do not want Misuse or misunderstanding of instruction Platform updates, outages, or third-party tools Business, financial, or reputational outcomes No Refunds Due to the time-based and customized nature of these sessions, all bookings are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Acceptance Booking and payment constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
